These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AppsDreamers ("we", "us") governing your use of the VocabMate Pro app, web app, and website (the "Service"). Please also read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VocabMate Pro. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

Premium features require a paid subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase). Prices are shown in the app before you purchase.

5. Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's refund policies, and refund requests must be made to them. For web purchases, contact us and we will handle requests in line with applicable law.

6. Free Tier & Ads

The Service offers a free tier with limited content and ads. Premium removes ads and unlocks all packs, levels, offline mode, and custom packs. We may change the features available in each tier over time.

7. Intellectual Property

All vocabulary content, dictionary data, AI-generated stories, graphics, and software in the Service are owned by AppsDreamers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass security or usage limits, reverse-engineering the app, scraping or bulk-extracting content, or using automated tools to access the Service. Full conduct rules are in our Terms of Use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including AI-generated stories and translations) will be accurate or complete. VocabMate Pro is a learning aid, not a certified educational or translation authority.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsDreamers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppsDreamers operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
